the view from miller

A record of several decades spent successfully deranging a willing audience, The Art of Ian Miller features all the images you remember & some you don’t–
And here’s Henry Farrell at Crooked Timber, talking about Ian’s strong vision of Mammy Vooley as a politically-exhausted Maggie Thatcher.
I’d forgotten about looking for The Luck In The Head until I saw this listed a few days ago. I ordered this but am still looking. Ian Miller mentions in the comments at the site you’ve linked to that there are distant rumblings about a reissue. If you have any copies when you put together your book sale, Mike, I’ll be interested.
I do have some copies, both hard & soft cover, which will be included when I finally get my act together. But also, yes, there is some interest in a new edition.
And any more planned – or does the format stamp out the toothsome ambiguity? “I Did It ” or “The New Rays” could be great, while “Gifco” – well, “Gifco” with graphics is something to think about. Though maybe not for long.
